BMI recognizes Rick Seibold with Dove Award nominees

Since 1969, the GMA Dove Awards has honored outstanding achievements and excellence in Christian Music. This year, the genre’s biggest night will take place at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, and feature top artists from the many different genres of Gospel and Christian music. The annual event will be even more of a celebration for BMI writers who collectively hold more than 130 nods, with more than 40 affiliates receiving multiple accolades.

I had the good fortune of helping do a piece of music at the end of Thomas Rhett's "Marry Me" music video. Couldn't be more proud of how it turned out! So stoked that it's nominated for CMA Music Video of the Year!

I had the fortune of singing some BGV's on Phil's song "Wild River" on his latest LP. So stoked that it's hit #1!

Wow! This morning I found out that I was nominated for a Dove Award!! SO thrilled. It takes an ARMY. Thomas Rhett's video "Craving You" feat. Maren Morris was nominated for a CMT Award for Collaborative Video of the Year. Thomas Rhett's "Marry Me" was also nominated for "Video of the Year" and "Male Video of the Year". I had the pleasure of composing music for both of these amazing videos.
